Hello everyone and welcome to my website. I will use it to keep you up to date with what I am doing and where since my MasterChef journey!
Taking part in MasterChef 2013 has genuinely changed my life and I have made the journey from enthusiastic amateur to professional chef. I offer private dining, cookery masterclasses, supper-clubs and pop-up restaurants. I am also a food writer with my own blog published at www.sairahamilton.com and with a regular column in the Herts & Essex group of newspapers.
My first cookbooks, Kitchen Favourites with Saira: Chilli, Ginger and Garlic were published in February 2016. These handy, user-friendly recipe books contain flavour-packed recipes designed for the home cook and contain dozens of recipes showcasing these fine ingredients.
