Welcome to small aubergine, fine Bengali food

Since becoming a finalist on BBC’s MasterChef in 2013, I have been cooking for private and corporate clients, running supper clubs and pop-up restaurant nights, teaching my spice masterclasses at cookery schools and I regularly appear at food festivals.

My new cookbook is My Bangladesh Kitchen Recipes and food memories from a family table, is published by Lorenz Books in February 2019. The book features the traditional ingredients and food heritage of Bangladesh through 100 recipes full of flavour, with stunning photography on every dish.
